Proposed Scope of Work

Taking the artistic concepts and developing them into actionable, buildable plans. FISHKO Inc. will provide the following services and deliverables:

  1. Apply its production and fabrication expertise, together with its understanding of materiality, texture, and lighting, to translate the artistic vision into a practical and cost-effective design.
  2. Create client- and artist-facing visualizations of the two environments to support the approval process, with up to six renderings total (three per environment).
  3. Develop a budget and project timeline for both environments.
  4. Produce technical shop drawings, in CAD or an equivalent format, for each of the two planned environments (one complete drawing package per environment).
  5. Work directly with, and serve as liaison between, The Cultivist, the artist, and the fabricator throughout the design and approval phase.
